Managing Challenging Behaviours in the Legal Workplace

This online module seeks to raise awareness about the manifestations and impact on wellbeing of anger, bullying and harassment. The module suggests ways of coping with anger effectively, managing bullying behaviour and reporting harassment which may be experienced in the legal workplace. The module also suggests behaviours which contribute to a more conducive work environment.


This online module is complemented by a face-to-face roundtable session which may be registered for separately here.
