Managing Anxiety and Depression
This module seeks to raise awareness of the symptoms and effects of anxiety disorders and depression, and their incidence in the legal profession. The module also suggests avenues for help and strategies for coping effectively with anxiety and depression in the legal workplace, including what we can do to assist a struggling colleague.
This online module is complemented by an optional face-to-face roundtable session which may be registered for separately here.
