Learn the concepts of interest-based negotiation for effective deal negotiation with positive outcomes

This blended learning module (comprising of both face-to-face and online learning) demonstrates and showcases to transactions lawyers how to leverage on interest-based negotiation (as an alternative to traditional positional negotiation), which results in a more effective and structured approach towards preparing for and handling deal negotiation. The aim of interest-based negotiation is that mutual gain is possible with parties helping each other achieve a positive result for all sides.
