This blended learning module (comprising of both face-to-face and online learning) demonstrates and showcases to transactions lawyers how to identify and resolve commercial and legal issues arising in a range of corporate-commercial transactions, using a holistic analytical framework designed to be applied to complex arrangements, to provide legal solutions to achieve clients’ desired outcomes.


The focus is on learning a set of skills for transactions lawyers to design corporate transactions across different industries and transaction types.
