This course will provide useful advice on how to use the methodology of design thinking to empower legal professionals to approach challenging legal situations with confidence.

Participants will focus on appreciating the methodology behind design thinking, from the discovery process to the synthesis stage. To practice various concepts and to build confidence, the participants will be asked to complete short exercises such as choosing a target user to creating a design brief. To make the exercises more practical, participants will choose one case study to work through from start to finish.
