Programmes in this series are focussed on the skills needed for effective deal-making in corporate/commercial transactions. An analytical framework for approaching issues of deal architecture helps lawyers quickly suss out the key issues at play in a deal so that optimal solutions to make the deal happen in the best way for all parties is possible. An interest-based deal negotiation course highlights the importance of understanding the parties underlying concerns and available options when trying to negotiate the terms of a deal. A deal project management course (coming soon) then provides learners with methodologies for running deal projects which can be scaled to meet the needs of more complex transactions.
