    • Irritability or moodiness at the workplace;
    • More argumentative with colleagues, staff, family and friends;
    • Overeating or undereating;
    • Angry outbursts at colleagues, staff, family and friends;
    • Increased alcohol use;
    • Increased tobacco use;
    • Social withdrawal from workplace parties, family events and meeting up with friends; and
    • Exercising less often than before, or stopping regular exercise altogether.
